After Coyne Group secured planning permission for the site there was a three month delay caused by problems with our selected building contractor. It later emerged that our selected contractor were in the midst of financial issues, and later filed for bankruptcy and concluded themselves closed for business. Along with an additional four month delay, we were able to renegotiate our position with the senior debt provider and agreed the take the construction on ourselves. We assembled a top team of construction professionals who completed the development to an incredibly high standard. Each apartment has its own balcony, or sun terrace, depending on which floor the apartment is situated. The front facing homes provide a breath taking view of the Teighmouth town centre and the sea beyond. Entering the apartment, you’re greeted by a bright corridor with large bedrooms or the Roca bathrooms to the right and left.

Moving further into the apartment the modern open plan kitchen lounge area comes into view. This space is designed to comfortable host family and friends for social occasions and to also have ample space to cook. All apartments have built in Bosch appliances as standard,which fits into the luxury feel of the apartments. Completed with chrome fixtures and fittings, the airy kitchen is joy to be in. Continuing through the flat, the bedrooms are large and equally as bright as the living space. Complete with built in storage, the master room is the perfect size for a large double bed and associated furniture. The second bedroom is an ideal size for a small double room, or a large office, depending on the customers preference.
