Property location: No.s 62 – 66 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol.

Property description: The four storey properties at No.s 62 – 64 Whiteladies Road and the three upper floors of No. 66  Whiteladies Road, which collectively traded as the former “Maskreys” furniture department store.

Development: Coyne Group advised the purchase of the properties in 2013 and secured planning permission for a 52 bed student accommodation residence and a 280 square meter retail unit. The student accommodation comprised a mix of Studios (self contained flats for single occupancy) and 4 and 5 bed cluster flats (4 or 5 en suite bedrooms sharing a communal kitchen/diner facility).

Exit: Sold in 2013 with the benefit of detailed planning permission.
